1. Who we are
Tayari operates the Tayari organisation application and optional connected services. For privacy questions or requests, contact Tayari support.
2. Data we may process
Depending on how you use Tayari, we may process account and identity data, member profiles, roles, contact details, profile photos, preferences, planning, attendance, events, music preparation, messages, comments, media, files and device information.
- When an authorised external service or integration is connected, data from that service may be processed only for the functions the organisation has intentionally enabled.
3. Why we use data
We use personal data to operate and secure Tayari, manage organisations and members, provide requested features, organise events and content, deliver notifications, troubleshoot problems and improve reliability.
Where the GDPR applies, processing is based on an agreement, legitimate interests, legal obligations or consent where consent is required.
4. Connected services
When an organisation connects an external service, we process only data made available through granted permissions and only for enabled functions. This includes, where available and intentionally enabled, Instagram/Meta integrations. Tayari does not sell users’ personal data.
5. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal data. Necessary providers for hosting, infrastructure, storage, notifications and authorised integrations may process data as required to provide their services.
6. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, legitimate organisation records, security, disputes and legal obligations.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including access controls, roles and permissions, restricted administrative functions and protected platform secrets. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to processing, request portability or withdraw consent. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.
9. Data deletion
You can request deletion through our data deletion instructions.
10. Changes
We may update this policy when features, integrations or legal requirements change. The latest version is published on this page.
